Save Your Harvest: Canning Techniques
On Sept. 13, join us for a class on canning techniques! Gardeners will learn the steps in proper canning techniques to help them safely preserve their harvest so they can enjoy produce from the garden year-round.
Fruit Production
On Sept. 13, learn the basics of growing fruit in Missouri from selecting varieties, planting, maintenance and harvest. The class will be taught by Katie Kammler, Horticulture Specialist and County Program Director, University of Missouri Extension.
Getting the Garden Ready for Winter
On Sept. 27, find out what you can do for your garden in the fall to ensure a healthier start to next year’s growing season. The class will be taught by Donna Aufdenberg, Horticulture Specialist, University of Missouri Extension.
