Gallery: Capaha Park New Pavilion and Playground Ribbon Cutting

About 100 City employees, dignitaries, school children, and members of the public attended the Capaha Park ribbon cutting event, honoring the new pavilion and playground structures.
The whole project was made possible by voters, Parks and Recreation Department crews and the volunteer labor of the SE Missouri Building Trades Union who helped to build the pavilion structure. The park improvements were funded through the Parks, Recreation and Stormwater Tax that was passed in 2008.
