Public Works staff were on hand at the May 18 City Council meeting to receive from Mayor Harry Rediger a proclamation honoring Public Works Week in Cape Girardeau, in conjunction with National Public Works Week (this week). NPWW celebrates the thousands of hard-working men and women providing and maintaining the infrastructure and services collectively known as public works.
