Community volunteers with Soles4Souls, St. Andrew Lutheran Church, Marcy’s Planet Shoes, the Baptist Student Center at Southeast Missouri State University, and the on-campus Soles4Souls student organization at Southeast were on hand at the March 2 City Council meeting to receive a proclamation announcing March 22-29 as Soles4Souls Week in Cape Girardeau.
