Cape Girardeau Fire Department and other personnel are pictured below with Richard Picciotto, the highest-ranking firefighter to survive the World Trade Center collapse on Sept. 11, 2001. Picciotto spoke last week at Academic Hall on the Southeast Missouri State University campus as a part of the 2014-2015 Speaker Series.
