I was wondering about the Special Olympics. Does the City of Cape Girardeau decided which athletes are allowed to participate?
City government does not decide which athletes are allowed to participate in Special Olympic events. Here’s information from their website about who can compete: http://somo.org/Athletes. If you have additional questions, then please call Penny at 573-339-6733.
