At the recent Missouri City Clerks and Finance Officers Association (MoCCFOA) Spring Institute conference in Columbia, Mo., City of Cape Girardeau Director of Citizen Services/City Clerk Gayle Conrad was named “2014 Outstanding Clerk” for the state. Conrad is also serving as the MoCCFOA organization’s president this year. She has been a city employee for more than 22 years and the City Clerk for 20 years. Congratulations, Gayle!
