  1. A description of a suspect has been determined through our investigation in regards to the shooting that occurred on Saturday night at the Arena Building. A possible description of a black male approximately 5’8” 150 pounds, with short dread locks, wearing a light colored shirt. We believe that he may have left in a black passenger car that Missouri Highway Patrol attempted to stop but subsequently crashed and the passengers fled from the vehicle.

The victim that had been shot in the leg was treated and released from the hospital at a later time and the other victim, shot in the chest, is in good condition and is expected to be released soon.

Further information will be released as it becomes available.
