The eastbound lane of Morgan Oak between Lorimier and Spanish streets will be closed beginning Monday, Nov. 25, 2013 for construction of the new student dormitory at the Southeast Missouri State University’s River Campus. The eastbound lane is expected to be closed until summer 2014. Proper detours will be in place. Motorists are asked to use caution when in the area.
