On Oct. 23 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Osage Centre, the City of Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department is providing toddlers, ages 2-4, with fun Halloween activities, crafts, and snacks during the Spooktacular Times event.

Registration for Spooktacular Times is $8 for Cape Girardeau residents and $10 for non-residents. Please register by Oct. 14.
