September and October 2013 Monthly Dances Feature Country Music

Country is the theme for the upcoming dances hosted by the City of Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department at the A.C. Brase Arena. Both the September and October dances will feature country music. In September, the live band Manitou will perform at the A.C. Brase Arena and in October a variety of country music will be played.

The admission fee is $4 per person. The dances begin at 7 p.m. with the doors opening a 6 p.m. The entertainment will continue to play until 10 p.m. Participants over 21 years old are permitted to bring alcoholic beverages. However, concessions will be served as well.

These are two of the ten dances that the Parks and Recreation hosts yearly.

The dances will take place on Sept. 26 and Oct. 3. All age groups are invited to come, participate, socialize and enjoy.
