Area, State Traffic Fatality Totals Down So Far in 2013

So far this year, traffic fatalities are down nearly 11 percent in our area and 16 percent state-wide when compared with 2012.

From 2005 through 2011,  fatalities on Missouri roadways declined steadily. Numbers through August 2013 may indicate an overall decrease when compared with past year’s August/September data.
