New Cape Girardeau County Park Online Reservation System

cape-girardeau-county-parks-reservationsOnline park shelter registration is now available for Cape Girardeau County parks.

Choose shelter reservations from three different parks with 12 shelters between them on 200 acres of land, including locations at Cape County Park – North or South.

There is a $15 non-refundable fee to reserve a shelter for a specific time and date. The Cape County Parks reservation website also allows you to choose what amenities you would like to have when reserving a place in the park to help narrow down your search.

Three fishing ponds are available for use, as well. Two lakes can be fished by anyone with a Missouri Fishing License. The third lake is available for children 15 and younger and does not require a fishing license.

Reserve a place in one of these parks today! Visit capecountyparks.us to make a reservation online, or call 573-335-4146 for more information.

  1. need to reserve pavilion #20 for June 15 for a Professional Healthcare Camp for high school age teens. I thought I had back in February but can find no confirmation of such. Could you let me know if has already been scheduled.

    • Jeanne,
Was this reservation at a Cape city park or Cape county park? I can help look up information for Cape Girardeau city parks only (Arena, Capaha, Shawnee, etc.) If it’s a county park, please call the county park office at 335-4146.
      Thanks!

  2. Was wanting to reserve the spot by the lake with the bridge for a wedding on May 21st. is that still a $15 fee?

    • Hi, Lexy! We only take care of the Cape city parks’ registrations. Please contact the Cape Girardeau County Parks office to reserve that particular spot. Hope your wedding is beautiful there!

  3. Hi having a family reunion June 3. Would like a pavilion in Capaha Park. Are there any still available? Thank you.

      • Hi, Karen. Sorry for the delayed response. Capaha Park bookings are completed through Parks and Recreation. I hope you were able to get in touch with those folks.
